keep it in a warm and dry place else it'll rot...

and depends on the tastes of the one eating it.. you can eat the skin or you can throw it away

I do not like persimon which are hard... I prefer the soft one which I can eat with a spoon...

depends on you, i prefer to have it with the skin. and not mushy...like the crunch, a bit like having an "softer" apple

Essential oils? Quite a number of places sell them

Even Body shop have their own range of essential oils

But the thing is you need to mix with a base oil first.

Why don't you try drinking some chamomile tea first?
